Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In Lower Legs And Feet

Yes, I have been walking alot this past week trying to get a lot of milage for our company health program. Today I have swollen lower legs,feet and toes. Do you think this is caused by overdoing it since I haven t had any trouble in the past by walking? And how do I remedy this pain and not having it reoccur again? Thanks for your help
