Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling On Eye After Injury

Hi I assaulted badly 3years ago and to this day my underneath my eye stil hurts, bigger than my other side, swells when I cry, stress,rundown and got red! When it happen The doctor kept saying all diff time for it to heal started of 3months then 6 then year etc everytime I went back in the end give up but really getting me down and very uncomfortable! Could it of been fractured?
