I am having pain and tenderness in the tragus area of my R ear- sudden onset, feels swollen, rate pain a 6-7/10, no fever- hx ramsay-hunt syndrome,
no fever, no ear congestion, no cold sx.. not painful to chew or open jaw.... thoughts ?
