Suggest Remedy For Pain And Vibration In The Ear

Hello doctor, Good Morning. Today while I was cleaning my ear with a ear bud bymistakely it went inside with force and hit the eardrum. Now I am experiencing pain & feeling a sound vibration in my ear, although I did not see ay blood coming out.I am worried.. Please advise what to do doctor?
