i have a problem sir, My pennis is attached with skin in the upper side and it is very painfull when it s go stand and not possible for me to take the pennis head outside normally...this is creating a huge problem at the time of sexual meet. what should i do sir? do i have to undergo any surgery? and where pls help me out to solve this problem sir?
