Suggest Remedy For Pain At Rib Cage After A Fracture

I had a compressed fracture of vertebra T7 4 weeks ago. I believe muscles connect from there to hold rib cage in place. I am ok but curious that overuse of my right arm causes me to feel strain/pain at front of right rib cage. Have not found illustration of of muscle connections. Should I go to Grey s Anatomy to see connections?
