Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Anal Fissure

Dear Doctor, I am suffering from Anal Fissure. Pl. guide me what should I do?? Last year in the month of February 2013 the problem was arises and the same thing was happen in the month of February 2014.I consult the Ayurvedic doctor and he gave me some liquid and tablet. I have to take two tablet empty stomach before lunch and dinner and liquid at bed time. The pain is unbearable. Kindly guide me. Thanks in advance Viral
