Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Damage To Radial Nerve In Arm

8 months ago a doctor told me that Id torn my left shoulder muscle in a skiing incident - pain killers and sleeping tabs were prescribed. 3 months later I developed "tennis elbow" type symtoms in same arm and now have pain in same wrist. Could I have dammaged the Radial nerve in left arm? What can I do. I have tried Adcodol - pain killer, over the counter anti inflamms which helped a bit but not for long - heat seems to help but I still have pain, numbing, burning sensations around joints in left arm even when I sleep and battle to grab or pick up an item as I used to. Please help!!
