Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Fistula

I hv fistua-in-ano since 2005. one trac is open and was took homeopathy treatment for 2yrs. i got relif i.e. blood gets stop and then after i never had a pain or discharge from that track. but from last six month i'm having pain oppsit side i.e. opposit to first track. the pain last long for 3 to 4 hr after bowl.
I get examine by surgen in fortis hosp. and he confirm abt fistula. He sys its level 3. He was examine by just inserting finger in ano.
