Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Slip Disc

Hi, i am 40 years old, since few years i am suffering from slip disc, my doctor gives me some pills against inflamation. i feel ok , then i get the pain again if i ride my moto, climb stairs or when i work quickly and after having sex. What would you advice me?
