Suggest Remedy For Pain During Bowel Movements And Urination Post Surgery

How long should I have pain after laparoscopic surgery for pelvic adhesions that had tangled the bowels. Then 2days later had a mild heart attack caused by suspected issue during surgery - angiogram showed no heart disease. Then I became severely constipated. 5 days in hospital. Surgery was on the 06 March, heart attack was on the 08March. Got out of hospital on the 12March. It still hurts to fart, pop and sometimes wee. Oh and developed a UTI after the surgery.
