Suggest Remedy For Pain During Bowel Movements

My stomach begins to gurgle around 5am in the morning. I feel moderate pain and have to urinate. After urination my stomach continues to gurgle. In addition I have been having bowel movements two to three times a day. I feel moderate pain prior to the movements. I have no blood in my stools, they are normal, no diarrhea. My urine is normal. Any clue as to why this gurgling and pain occur at 5am?
