Suggest Remedy For Pain During Urination And Lump On Penis

I am asking in regards to my husband. About 2 months ago he started having pain when he urinated and began to develop a lump on the top of his penis under the skin. It has advanced now and when he has an erection it looks as though the shaft is bent upward from the center, almost looking like it is bent or broken. To urinate now or engage in sex is extremely painful for him. I am not sure what type of doctor he should consult, and he does not wish to go to our family doctor. Can you tell me please what might be the problem, and who do I need to get him an appointment with? Thank you for your help. Sharon
