Suggest Remedy For Pain From Under Arms To Rib Area

Hi, woke up this morning, tried to get out of bed but experienced pain down left side from underarm to bottom of ribs. Still have extreme pain. Have taken 2 doses of paracode and 40 mg of M-ESLON capsules SR (Mor) with no real reduction of pain. I am a right BE amputee. Age 73.
