Suggest Remedy For Pain From Water Retention

hi, my granny is 76 years old and according to all the doctors here she is in severe heart failure. she is having a major problem with water retention in her feet and stomach. we are just wondering what could we do to alleviate the pain and water retention, if anything at all. thank you
