Suggest Remedy For Pain In Abdomen And Breasts

hello sir i am having lymp tuberculosis disease and i didnt got my periods last month.I am suffering from severe upper abdominal pain for the past 1/1/2 month.I am using this TB drugs from Feb 21st but still the pain is there and i am having even the breast pain also.I am very scared please help me sir.
