Suggest Remedy For Pain In Arms

3 days ago I shoveled snow and came in my hands were killing me ran cold water over them! I have painted, using my hand and now my right hand is hurting so bad I m in tears, I can t sleep and in pain! I also have psorioses!Do you have any suggestions? I ve been to a doctor today he gave me 2 shots one in each cheek steroid and inflammatory gave me a steroid pack to take! It has helped but my right hand still aches!Please help
