Suggest Remedy For Pain In Back And Chest Post Treatment For Bronchial Wheezing

Have had bronchial wheezing and breathing difficulty since having flu at Christmastime. Have had a z-pak and nebulized albuerol. Currently on levaquin (#7 days concluding Sunday). Unable to use inhalers and insurance declined to authorize use of nebulized becamethesone (cost $600). Have developed back and chest pain associated with movement as well as cough. Very fatigued. Leaving town and unable to contact my doctor after insurance declined the prescription as he was off this weekend and nobody else wanted to get involved. (I am a former cancer patient--I survived small-cell gallbladder cancer (2009) and am concerned.
