Suggest Remedy For Pain In Back, Neck And Shoulder

I had a breast reduction and I dont think that the dr removed enough I am still very big for a small framed woman and still constantly have back,neck and shoulder pain. When I asked the dr why she did not remove more she stated that the ins would not allow it. I am still miserable with all these aches and pains inclu headaches. Can my problems be fixed
