Suggest Remedy For Pain In Back Radiating To Spine

I am a 46 year old female with a history of Kidney infections and possibly in Menopause. I started to have pain in my back on the left side above my Kidney , Gotton worse within a few hours and I am just resting and drinking water. It radiates from my side inward to my spine.
