Suggest Remedy For Pain In Body After Surgery For Thyroid Cancer

I had thyroid cancer & had cancer removed with all of my thyroid 12/27/2005. I was prescribed Simvastin 40 mg around 2002 & I never was told that I could have an drug reaction with my synthroid 150 mcg, I have allot of pain all over my body & found a lump above my left breast, I have a Dr s appointment @ 9 am tomorrow. Could the Simvastin have a bad effect on me & therefore suppressed my thyroid medication?
