Suggest Remedy For Pain In Buttock And Legs

Hello! I have an 8-9mm slippage of l4-l5. I have had 6 bilateral epidurals over the past year with decreasing effectiveness. My Pain MD has offered another epidural with a slightly lower injection site to hopefully improve buttock/leg pain & spasms. Are there other therapies that could hep me, such as acupuncture, massage, etc? I am 53 y/o female, 5'8", 163 lb.
