Suggest Remedy For Pain In Callus Bone

Hi Doctor, I am Shreya From India. On my left foot,my cuneiform bone has an old sprain and when diagonised few years back,the radiographer informed me as it has become a callus bone(bone has got severe times hit). Could you please suggest me the quick theraphy coz when i ma standing for a long time,it is paining.
