Suggest Remedy For Pain In Feet And Hips Due To Arthritis

I am 48 years old and I am after relief for arthritis in feet ankles and hips. I am currently on Celexcoxib 200mg and Tramadol 50mg for pain relief which is having no effect. I have spoken to my local gp several times asking for relief but this is what he gives me. At the moment today the pain is severe I have been in tears most of morning.I try hiding how bad the pain is from my hubby and kids.
