Suggest Remedy For Pain In Foot And Back Of The Knee Post Surgery

I had lower lumbar surgery L4 L5 Dr. said worse than he thought before he did the surgery. now I m in recovery have not started PT yet should have two weeks back but I have ongoing nerve pain in the back of my knee & left foot. will PT take care of this? is this scar tissue maybe?
