Suggest Remedy For Pain In Head Due To Falling

yesterday around 8pm i was outside in 97 degree and faint for about a min or two and hit my head on a concrete floor. i response quick after i head my head and didn't know what happen. afterward i couldnt think well, my lips were blue and my skin was pale and my hands were numb but still i could feel.. i havent slept for about 11 hours and my head still hurt, i feel alot of pressure and somehow my nose hurt from the inside. i have no health insurance. what should i do?
