Suggest Remedy For Pain In Hips After Injury

I fell down the stairs about 3 weeks ago, my Lt hip took the full impact of the fall. I weigh 120lbs & I'm 5'6. I was left with a cut & a bruise it also hurt badly. The cut is healed as is the bruise but I still have this ball size bump on my hip that feels spongy or fluid filled. The pain is mostly gone now but I would say there is a "weired" feeling were the bump is & it's very noticeable. What could this bump be? Should I seek medical treatment ASAP? As I have not seen anyone as of yet.
