Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knee When Suffering From Medial Meniscus

I had knee surgery 1 week ago to repair my right medial meniscus but when my orthopedic surgeon got inside my knee he discovered my meniscus was fine and I just had a plica that was shredded between my right femur and tibia. I feel like there is a bubble inside my knee if I twist a certain way or put any pressure on the knee cap. It hurts SO bad when this happens. In my left knee if I have that feeling I usually just twist it and the bubble pops and there is no pain associated with it. Could this just be fluid on my knee and since I just had surgery I can t twist it to relieve the pressure? Also, in my MRI they found I have a benign osteochondroma on my posterior tibia so I don t know if that has to do with any of the pain either.
