Suggest Remedy For Pain In Left And Right Arms

Hi, I have pain in right and left arms (between elbow and wrist). It lasts for a week or more and then goes away like it never was, again for a week or more. It is not ausual muscle pain as it lasts for long. Mostly when I hold something over head like railings in the train, or lift some heavy stuff etc. I had many blood tests but nothing came out of them. Please advise.
