Suggest Remedy For Pain In Left Side Of Belly Button

I have dull pain on left side of my belly button for last wo year since my delivery.In 2009 I had sever pain in left side like muscle pull or twist in my lest side of stomatch particulatly if I did some heavy work.I use to feel very low in energy.Did several test from colonoscopy to ctscan ultra sound but didnt find anything except cyst 2.5 to 3cm .My physician told me that it might be due to heavy lifting. I have developed hypothyroidism{hashimato's]also after pregnancy.I have gone through lot of emotional ups and down. In 2010 on and off dull pain in left side was there.But since 2011 march again I am experiencing pain in left side and pain is extending to my hip area.I have burning sensation ot inflammed sensation in hip area and pain in leg.2-3 times it was unbearable in the night I cant even move my leg and was not able to stand on my leg.After one day it became less but again now a days more aften I feel continuous pain in left side of stomatch as if something is there and in the hip area.Many times after release of small amount gas I feel little comfortable but burning sensation in hip is there many times.pelvic ultra sound is normal again.
