Sir, my wife is 31. At 5'6" height, she weighs 116 kgs. Since August last year she is having pain in left side of the stomach. There is also some inflamation during passing of urine. In these last several months, we have taken her to about a dozen doctors and she has undergone several tests including complete body tests of all sorts like hematology tests, blood, urine, stool, thyroid etc. 3 ultrasound, endoscopy and one MRI has also been done. All the reports are absolutely normal. But no medicines are working on her.The last doctor who treated her is a famous gastroenterologist. He suggested that the fat layers might be pressurising kidney causing pain in the process. Another possibility expressed by the doctor who conducted MRI is of infection of bacteria e-calculi. The kidney specialist has suggested mild hydro-nephrosis.Under the circumstances, what line of treatment should we go for and what is the actual possible cause of this pain in the left side of the stomach?
