Suggest Remedy For Pain In Left Side Of The Body

HI there, I"m on my first cycle of Clomid (3-7) and am in cycle day 17th. I had postive LH surge tests (cd15 am- pm+, cd16 am+ pm-) and yesterday on cd 16 around 5pm had period like cramping on left side followed by a couple sharp pains that didn't last too long then the cramping subsided a bit. A bit later I had a constant pain on my left side when I'd walk around the house. I never recall feeling that kind of pain before in any of my past cycles especially if it wasn't period time. Is this ovulation pain and is it possible that the pain was associated with releasing of an egg or multiple eggs?
