Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Lower Back

hi, I was diagnosed with Typhoid 2 months back, the treatment of which is stopped the day before. I have been suffering from lower abdominal pain for the past 3 days now. In thw worst case, it turns into spasms at times. If not abdominal, it is backache in the same area (lower abdominal). I have been taking Rabeprazole+Domeperadone for past 10 days and suspension of sucralfate since yesterday. But no relief. It has turned into lower back swelling now. Please suggest.
