Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Abdominal Region After Sex

4 days ago during sex my husband went too deep and I had a sharp sudden pain in my lower abdominal region. I have had pain ever since. Same area. No spotting but I did notice when I go #2 the pushing hurts my stomach very bad. Help! What is wrong? I have no insurance and don't want to go to the doctor unless necassary. I'm willing to try just about anything to stop the pain.
