Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Back And Hip

Hi, I recently been experiencing back pain in my lower back and right hip when I walk. It doesnt hurt when I am sat down only when I am walking. I work for the nhs so I asked one of the physios to look at my back and they said that I have muscles spasms in my back and may have a trapped nerve in my right hip. I am in a lot of pain, I cant take ibrofuen as it makes me drowsy and sick. I am booked in for an appointment a week on Monday.
