Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Back And Leg After Masturbation

Hi. I am a female and I am suffering from Sciatica. I did MRI and the doctor told me that I got Sciatica and something is wrong between L4 and L5 on my spine. I think the cause of this is masturbation. Maybe I am not doing that in the right way or right position, I start to feel the pain in my lower back and right leg after masturbating. The more frequently I masturbate, the more pain I feel. I was wondering how I could relieve the pain. The pain is affecting my sexual life and sleeping quality as it wakes me up several times a night. I have already been taking painkillers but they do not really work.What should I do?
