Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Back And Legs After Lifting Heavy Object

Hi I was lifting something heavy a year ago and I heard a pop in my lower back. I immediately felt excruciating pain in lower back and down my leg. I had to lay on the couch, take strong pain relievers and not move for a couple of hours. The pain persisted a couple of days but subsided. Now I have pain every time I bend over. It also hurts if I touch my back. The pain is in my lower back right in the exact spot where an epidural is done.
