Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Right Rib

I am 18 y/o girl with limb girdle muscular dystrophy. I am wheelchair bound. A few years back I started experiencing a sharp pain in my lower right rib when I was lying down. It was very infrequent and would go away quickly. In the last 3 weeks it has been consistently painful every night. Once I also had a sharp back on my back rib cage. It hurts worse when I'm lying down and when I breathe in. In the last few days the pain started to be more constant during the day when I'm sitting up. I have 19% lung capacity.
