Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Side Due To Chronic Appendix

Hi I have a chronic lower right side pain hurts mostly in right side around appendix but also hurts in back at same time, My doctor that retired said it was a chronic appendix but no one will take it out because it doesn t look bad in test. I have had this for 20 plus years but it has gotten worse and worse the last few years. Now it is non stop with some days being very bad pain that makes me sick at my stomach.
