Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lump Near Butt Cheek

Hi. I slid into a antenna pole on ice about 15 years ago. Always had a softball sized lump right below the bottom of my right butt cheek. Over the past 4 months its started bothering me when I walk or set down. The thing has gotten a little bigger. At the bottom edge it feels like the muscle has a valley in it.
