Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lymph Nodes Near The Groin And Knees

I recently had 10 stitches put in my right shin for a wound i received while snowboarding. A couple days later i had pain in my right groin which i think are lymph nodes, last night i also had pain running from there, down the inside of my hamstring to just above the knee, similar pain to the lymph node pain in the groin, sore to touch.
