Suggest Remedy For Pain In Naval And Left Side Of Abdomen

I had a really bad abscess in my mouth for about three weeks. My dentist couldn't drain it because it was so hard, so he put me on Clyndamycin 160mg. About a week later my abscess finally popped in my mouth, but ever since then i guess it's been the last week and a half i've had this extremely strange lump inside my navel that hurts SO bad when i touch it. I went to the hospital, they did blood work the Doctor barely took a look at me and discharged me, because he felt there was nothing wrong. Well now all of a sudden the pain has went from my navel to all along my left side and up to my lower ribs. I have no idea if it is because of the abscess but i have no where else to turn, noone believes i'm actually in the pain that i'm in, could this all be from the abscess? The clyndemycin i'm on now is 300 mg, but it's not helping and i'm almost done the entire bottle.
