Suggest Remedy For Pain In Neck And Shoulder With A History Of Arthritis

I have arthritis am taking Tramadol and Myloxicam. I have neck and shoulder pain with an awful metallic taste in my mouth it is a film 4 days now also have tremors in my hands over 1 year I have always been healthy my cholesterol is good so is my heart blood work says no liver problem i am too poor to pay so thanks anyway
