Suggest Remedy For Pain In Pelvic Area After Hysterectomy

Hello. Had a lap hysterectomy 5 months ago. Everything gone but my ovaries are still there. Last couple of days I have had a pain in my pelvis on the right side. Uncomfortable but no trouble walking. Feels tight and crampy and some burning sensation at the site. Been exercising - yoga and spinning usual activities. Could it be a pulled muscle?
