Suggest Remedy For Pain In Penis And Foreskin

Hi, There is a foreskin covered on my penis due to which sometimes if i try to bring back the skin it pains and also if i touch the tip of penis it hearts. Is it really not safe to have sex in this condition.Is there any operation needs to be done to have it in better shape. please answer.
