Suggest Remedy For Pain In Penis And Low Sex Drive

The base of my penis hurts a little, it does this all the time and has done for nearly a year now. My sex drive is reduced to nearly nothing and I can barely get an erection. If I have sex doggy style, the base stings alot and I bleed a little. Had two urine tests and a cystoscopy , all clear. No fix. Miserable and need help. Doctors just send me away
