Suggest Remedy For Pain In Penis Due To Chronic Prostatitis

Hello I have been diagnose with chronic prostatitis without infection. No bacteria in the urine or white blood cells. I have a burning sensation on the tip of my penis after urination which is pretty frequent and also in the rectum area that tends to go away somewhat after a hot bath I also have pain in the pelvic area and lower back. Is stress the main culprit and can more ejaculations help my condition. I don't have problems in that department. Im currently taking avadart and advil
