Suggest Remedy For Pain In Penis During Erection Due To Strictures

hello,I have been plagued with urethreral strictures. My surgeon has even moved the opening that i pee out of down to my perineum. Now he is saying that the pain i have during a erection, that is preventing me from having sex is from strictures that are still growing. He want sto remove my urethra from my penis. Do I have any other option. I dont want to look like a freak.
