Suggest Remedy For Pain In Rib Cage

I do NOT have a credit card...will you still help me? I fell in the bathroom as I was painting the ceiling and hit the tub with my rib cage on right upper side and my hip on the toilette. My hip turned blk and blue not my ribs BUT the pain from what feels as if its under my rib cage is terrible. Hurts to lay in any position, now a week later at-lest the pain subsides as I lay still. My upper half of my abdominal area is swollen and goes in to contractions with bumps driving down the road. Its very painful when I try to move fast or pick anything from a gallon of milk and heavier up. Can you help with any advice...cant afford hospital/no insurance
