Suggest Remedy For Pain In Ribs Post Colonoscopy

I had a colonscopy yesterday and today still have pain in under left ribs over to center of ribs then traveling down. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain? meds or food?
I was told to walk alot and that would work the air out, but it has not. I did have a small bowel movement this morning after the scope yesterday and did not see any blood. Just hurt, restless and cannot lay on left side.
